BILL GAMBLE

Coach Bill Gamble is entering his 6th season with the Panthers. He is a 1995 graduate of Perry High School. There, he was a three year letterman in baseball and named 1st Team All League and All County. Bill was selected to play in the All-Ohio Series following his senior season.

Bill graduated from Erskine College in 2000 with a BA in Social Studies. While at Erskine he played three successful years of baseball. He was named to the Carolina-Virginia Athletic Conference (CVAC) and All Southeast Region 2nd Team. His senior season, Bill was named to the preseason All-American team.

In 2001, Bill was a Graduate Assistant baseball coach at Kent State University. Kent State won the MAC Tournament Championship and received an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament at Ohio State University. There, after knocking Ohio State and the University of Delaware out of the tournament, the Golden Flashes lost to Mississippi State in the Regional Championship game.

Bill Gamble is currently teaching 9th grade World History at Edison Junior High. He resides in Perry Township with his wife Mandy.
